Bridgeport Prevention Council
for Youth
As Bridgeport's Local Prevention Council, the Bridgeport Prevention Council for Youth is a group of individuals and organizations committed to promoting healthy communities by preventing substance use and related issues. This coalition will work to increase awareness, provide education and promote positive change in the community, especially our youth. This coalition is committed to creating a safe, healthy, drug-free environment for all members of the community.

Access health ct
GBAPP partners with Access Health CT as part of their Navigator Program. Navigators are community organizations, and in addition to supporting enrollment or renewal efforts, they help Connecticut residents better use and understand their health insurance plans, including preventative care.
Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-4:30 pm, evenings as needed
