An innovative, first of its kind program in Fairfield Country. Vehicle for Change is a specialized mobile outreach van designed to effectively engage at-risk and homeless youth. We provide support and HOPE by offering immediate services that make street-life less challenging. We also provide first-person contacts and connection to social services; all in an effort to facilitate safe living practices off the streets.

 

Vehicle for Change offers the community a visible opportunity to receive guidance. Many times, a person in need of social services undergoes many obstacles to receive help. Vehicle for Change seeks to minimize that burden and engage individuals where they are at.
